The IE 300s are designed as a versatile, “go-anywhere” audiophile solution. Their small, lightweight, and rugged design is inspired by professional in-ear monitoring systems, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit during extended listening sessions. A key feature is the “back volume” chamber-within-a-chamber and a resonator chamber that controls airflow and minimizes unwanted resonances, providing a clean, detailed, and expansive soundstage.
They utilize a specialized para-aramid reinforced cable, designed for high tensile strength, which is vital for long-term daily use. While they offer passive noise attenuation of up to 26 dB (particularly with the memory foam tips), they do not feature active noise cancellation.
