Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers may still return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused without valid reason:
- Shipping costs may be deducted from refunds
- Additional return charges may apply
