If you are shopping for a Samsung Galaxy S26, S26+ or S26 Ultra in the UK, the price gap between the UK RRP and the price of an international version is big: on the phones below it ranges from about £170 to over £500. Here is exactly what we checked, what the difference is, and the trade-offs you should know about before you decide.

Samsung was also running UK cashback offers when we checked in late September (credit to spend in Samsung Wallet: £300 on the S26 Ultra and £250 on the S26 and S26+), plus trade-in deals. If you would use that credit, count it: on the S26 Ultra 1TB and the S26 256GB, Samsung’s offer then works out cheaper, while on the other models above the saving is still over £100.
Why is the price so different?
The phones we sell are international versions sourced in Hong Kong, where Samsung’s pricing is lower than its UK list prices. We ship them to you with UK import duty and VAT already paid, so the price you see is the price you pay: there is no customs bill or courier fee when your parcel arrives. The honest trade-offs
- Model code: each listing shows its exact model (for example SM-S948B or SM-S942B). These are international versions, not UK-market stock. Check the model on the product page before you order.
- Warranty: the warranty is provided by TechInOut, not by the manufacturer. See our Warranty & Repair page for the details.
- Delivery time: orders are dispatched from Hong Kong within 1–3 business days and arrive 6–9 business days after ordering by tracked courier. A UK retailer can usually deliver faster.
- Chip: according to SamMobile, the UK Galaxy S26 and S26+ use Samsung’s Exynos 2600, while the S26 Ultra uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in every market. Chips can differ by region, so check the product page if this matters to you.
- Returns: you can return any item within 14 days of delivery, and faulty items are covered for 30 days. See our returns policy.
Which one should you buy?
- Galaxy S26 Ultra if you want the biggest screen, the S Pen and Samsung’s top camera system. It is also where the saving is largest: about £474 on the 256GB and £510 on the 512GB model.
- Galaxy S26+ if you want a large screen without paying for the Ultra’s extras.
- Galaxy S26 if you want a compact flagship. The 256GB model is £684.95 here against a UK RRP of £879.
