Description
The HONOR Magic9 is a compact 6.37-inch flagship smartphone with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, dual 200MP cameras (main and 3.5x periscope telephoto) plus a 50MP ultra-wide, and an 8000mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. This China-market model launched in late September 2026 and runs MagicOS 11 based on Android 17, rated IP68/IP69/IP69K.
China version – please read before buying
- Google Play: Not pre-installed. It can usually be installed, but this is not guaranteed and some customers report it stopping working after system updates. Some Google features may not work.
- Contactless payments (Google Wallet): NFC is fitted, but Google Pay tap-to-pay is not guaranteed on China-version phones.
- Pre-installed apps: Chinese apps and a Chinese keyboard come pre-installed. English can be selected as the system language.
- UK networks: HONOR does not publish the band list for the China model. Unofficial listings show the main UK 4G bands (B1, B3, B7, B20, B28) and 5G n78 as supported, but this is not guaranteed. VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling depend on your network supporting imported phones.
- Charger: The charger in the box is a China-market charger and will usually need a UK plug adapter.
