The X100VI pairs a 40.2MP APS-C sensor with a fixed 23mm f/2 lens, which gives the classic 35mm field of view. It adds 5-axis in-body stabilisation and keeps the hybrid optical and electronic viewfinder the X100 series is known for.
Who it suits
It suits street, travel and documentary photographers who want high resolution and a proper viewfinder in a compact body, and are happy working with one focal length. The 6.2K video and stabilisation make it capable for occasional video too.
