Its high-sensitivity E-shaped manganese steel sensor allows for precise weight detection with 0.05 kg increments. It is designed with safety in mind, boasting a tempered glass surface with rounded corners.
The device works by sending a small electrical charge up into the body to measure resistance (although it is primarily focused on weight and BMI rather than advanced body fat analysis). It connects to the Xiaomi Home app (formerly Mi Home/Mi Fitness) for data tracking. It also features specialized modes, such as a “Weighing with Baby” mode and a “Guest Mode” for one-time measurements that are not stored in the user history.
