Why is the price so different?
The phones we sell are international versions sourced in Hong Kong, where prices are lower than UK list prices. We ship them to you with UK import duty and VAT already paid, so the price you see is the price you pay: there is no customs bill or courier fee when your parcel arrives. The honest trade-offs
- Model and bands: these are international versions, not UK-market stock. Check the exact model and network bands on the product page before you order.
- Warranty: the warranty is provided by TechInOut, not by the manufacturer’s UK store. See our Warranty & Repair page for the details.
- Delivery time: orders are dispatched from Hong Kong within 1–3 business days and arrive 6–9 business days after ordering by tracked courier. A UK retailer can usually deliver faster.
- Store extras: manufacturer stores often add trade-in deals, cashback or bundled subscriptions. If you would use them, count them when you compare.
- Returns: you can return any item within 14 days of delivery, and faulty items are covered for 30 days. See our returns policy.

Which one should you buy?
- Pixel 11 if you want Google’s clean software and camera at the lowest price (UK RRP £879 for 256GB). It is out of stock here at the moment; the Pixel 11 Pro 256GB is £838.95 against a UK RRP of £1,079.
- Pixel 11 Pro or Pro XL if you want the extra telephoto camera and more RAM. The Pro XL has the biggest saving of the slab phones, at over £390.
- Pixel 11 Pro Fold if you want a phone that opens into a small tablet. The 256GB model is over £600 less than the UK RRP.
