Shipping Information

Shipping Policy

TechInOut ships products worldwide using trusted logistics partners.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched from Hong Kong within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders received before 12:00 noon Hong Kong time on a business day (5:00 AM UK time during British Summer Time, 4:00 AM in winter) are processed that day; later orders are processed on the next business day. Business days exclude weekends and UK and Hong Kong public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer:

  • Standard international shipping
  • Express courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar depending on region)

3. Delivery Times (Estimates Only)

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • UK: 6–9 business days in total from your order, including processing and dispatch. Each product page shows the estimated delivery dates for an order placed today.
  • EU: 5–12 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 3–10 business days
  • Middle East: 6–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

4. UK Orders – No Hidden Fees

For UK customers:

  • No import duties
  • No VAT or customs charges on delivery
  • Price at checkout is the final price paid

UK orders are fulfilled via domestic or pre-cleared logistics channels.

5. International Orders

For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • VAT/GST (if applicable)
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Brokerage or handling charges

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.

6. Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which is provided via email once the order has been dispatched.

7. Customs & Delays

Customs clearance times vary by country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel has been successfully delivered.

9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Failure to accept delivery

Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

10. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is delayed or lost, we will assist in initiating an investigation with the courier service.

We are not liable for delays outside our control.
