Where do you ship from, and how long will delivery take?

Your order is dispatched from our Hong Kong facility via tracked international courier. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and most UK orders arrive within 5–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

Will I be charged customs duties or import fees when my order arrives?

No. For all UK orders, the price you pay at checkout already includes any applicable import duties and fees — so there are no surprise charges when your parcel arrives. The price you see is the price you pay.
